It's a little hidden, but the service is always great there. Always good coffee and donuts

What a mess. The girl at the register couldn't figure out how to ring up a breakfast sandwich which came out burned. I waited about 10 minutes for the wrong coffee and had to correct them twice as they were remaking it.

A Dunkin' Donuts is a Dunkin' Donuts, you get the standard offering of coffee, donuts and pastries. I visit this DD location infrequently. When I was there over a year ago, I thought the decor was decent, it had bright colored comfy chairs, shop was clean, and service was good. About 8 months ago, I visited it again to pick up some munchkins for my kids' class parties. It appeared that there was a change in ownership. There was this husband/wife team and a few employees behind the counter. The husband was taking my order, when I asked for separate packaging, he did not appear to be pleased (concern of extra material costs perhaps?). In between pulling the 2 boxes of munchkins together for me, he took time to yell at his employees about making coffee and some customer's order. This is when it really bugged me, I don't like seeing anyone being abused, verbally in this case, I don't care that you are the boss, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I feel really bad for the employees. I would give them 4 stars for their service based on previous experience. I visited it again recently to get some donuts for an office party, the store was dirty, furniture was old, service was slow and employees appeared to be miserable. Hello, happy employees are great employees. Treat them well, they will treat your customers well - a win for any business.

This is the closest Dunkin' to my house, and unfortunately its my least favorite. I honestly don't remember having a positive experience here, ever. Donuts are usually stale, coffee is never made right, and the never ever have liquid sugar. Employees clearly aren't happy and it reflects in the type of service and food/beverages they're delivering...

So, you have your awesome coffee places, like Panther Coffee in Miami, then you have the chains, like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. They are a step down from places like Panther, but still not so bad for a quick coffee run. So, you don't expect things to be excellent because they aren't there for those who appreciate excellent coffee. They are there for the masses of people who just want their caffeine. You know them... the caffeine addicts. Perhaps you can relate? This place is located on the SE corner of Glades and US 441, in the Westwinds of Boca shopping center. It was fairly busy when I stopped in for my daily dose. It seemed like some of the employees were new and receiving training as they were working. The service was slow, but the employees were courteous. I noticed the drinks were being prepared out of order. I think this was due to the fact that the employees were in training. I'm not sure which person made my latte, but I heard them question how to make a latte. I was nervous when I heard that. I really wasn't in the mood to return it to get something else. However, the latte came out wonderfully. It was too hot to drink right away, but tasted fine. The store was dirty. The patrons of this location left cups and trash everywhere. Hello? What is wrong with you people?? Be responsible and put your garbage in the trash can! Stop being so lazy and disgusting. My children have manners and always discard their trash in the garbage container. If they can do it, then so can you. I'm not sure about what Mark C said. The manager did not seem like a person who would say that. Of course, it wasn't like I sat there and had a full conversation with him either. I briefly chatted with him as he watched the employee ring up my order. I also never noticed a homeless man outside. Maybe he wasn't there when I stopped by or perhaps I wasn't paying attention as I entered and left. This store needs a lot of hard work to turn it around. At this point, I think the only way I would come back here is if I were in dire need of caffeine and didn't have a lot of time to spare.

Lot of neg reviews for a doughnut/coffee chain; c'mon! You cannot compare apples and oranges. Frankly, Starbucks coffee always makes me ill (they keep their cream at the wrong temp and never clean their canisters), and McD's coffee tastes like what I imagine my car's oil tastes like. It is not a "good" coffee; I make my coffee at home if I want excellent coffee (fresh beans from Guatemala, grind them, in the French Press, fresh cream, THAT is coffee, people) so I don't expect anything awesome from a chain, just give it to me quick...I have come in here almost 100 times and whether I'm the only guy at 6:00 am or the 29th guy at 8:45am, I'm out the door in minutes, so I don't know why people complain. The manager is funny as heck, too. If you buy the doughnuts after 9:00 and expect them to be fresh, maybe you're not that quick on the uptake...they're NOT fresh anymore (as far as something can be "fresh" after thawing from flash-freezing, as another Yelper reminded me). Anyhow, great spot to stop before the Home Depot run every Saturday morning.

1 star, besides the messy restaurant and the negative attitude of the staff, this dunkin doughnuts frequently has homeless men loitering outside making rude comments at patrons. I brought this up with the manager who laughed and said he enjoyed watching them dig through the trash for the discarded doughnuts. I inquired if it would be better to just give the shelter challenged individuals outside the old doughnuts instead of throwing them away and the manager retorted that it was store policy to throw away all old food, and even if wasn't he would never feed those crumb bums outside. Although I appreciated the Holden Caulfield reference I probably won't be returning until they find a way to better treat society's disadvantaged.

Watch out.. You pay with cash and they don't give you the correct change back .. Shady.. They need to get it together in there.
